Milwaukee Tool has introduced the latest iteration in cordless die grinding with the unveiling of three new models: the M18 FUEL™ Braking Die Grinder with ONE-KEY™ and a variable speed Paddle Switch, the M18 FUEL™ Braking Die Grinder with ONE-KEY™ and a variable speed Slide Switch, and the M18 FUEL™ Braking Die Grinder with a Slide Switch.
These latest die grinders are equipped with the RAPIDSTOP™ Brake, significantly improving user safety by halting most accessories in under two seconds.

The M18 FUEL™ Braking Die Grinder with ONE-KEY™, available with either a Paddle Switch or a Slide Switch, offers exceptional runtime and performance, with the capability to deburr up to 35 pipes per charge when used with the M18™ 5Ah Battery, enabling users to accomplish more tasks.
The grinder features five-speed settings, providing greater control, and the variable speed allows users to adjust the speed to match the application, ranging from 8,000 to 20,000 RPM.
The new die grinders are highly versatile and compatible with accessories up to 2.95 in. (75 mm) in size, making them ideal for various material removal applications. They come equipped with a spindle lock that enables quick and easy accessory changes with just one wrench.
An LED work light provides increased visibility in low-light conditions, while the paddle switch design enhances control and material removal efficiency when operating in different positions.

When used with the M18™ 5Ah Battery, the M18 FUEL™ Braking Die Grinder with Slide Switch enables users to remove up to 11.8 in/30 cm of weld bead per charge, maximizing productivity. The grinder can reach a maximum of 27,000 RPM, increasing the material removal rate and providing users with the demanded performance, even in tight spaces, leading to enhanced productivity.
The slide switch with a lock-on design reduces fatigue during operation. It is also compatible with 1.97 in/50 mm accessories and equipped with the spindle lock design for quick and easy accessory changes.
